恐ろしい人たち。
以前に「裁判官を買収する方法」の項で「日本の裁判官や検察はかなり恐ろしいのであまり甘く見ない方がよい」旨を書いた。
さて、彼らよりも恐ろしいかどうかは分からないが、少なくとも同等程度に恐ろしい人たちが、現在全世界から喝采を受けているアメリカ司法省である。腐り切っていることは誰もが知っているが手を出せないでいたFIFAに対して、直接大きな被害を受けたとも考えられないアメリカが訴追に踏み切ったわけである。今からかなり面白いショーが始まるので期待に胸が高鳴る。なぜなら、もともと恐ろしい司法省だが、彼らはむろん手加減するつもりは微塵もないからだ。彼らはとことん、徹底的にやる。FIFAの何人が逮捕されるかとても楽しみだ。（なお、勇気がある人は、ぜひ彼らの買収に挑戦してみてほしい。それも我々一般の観客にとっては楽しい見世物となろう。）
ところで、あまり知られていないが、たぶんアメリカ司法省より恐ろしい組織がある。それがアメリカ財務省である。内情を知っているあるアメリカ人の次の言葉を引用しておく。「財務省のブラックリストに載るくらいなら、テロ組織に指定された方がまだましだ。」なぜなら、アメリカ財務省のブラックリストに載った場合、アメリカの銀行のみならず全世界のすべての銀行で今後一生涯、口座が凍結される（新規口座の開設もできなくなる）からである。
アメリカは怖い国である。甘く見ると（見ないと思うけど）大変なことになるので注意した方がいいですよ。
South Korea: A Comedian Country
Let me declare that I have solved the mystery of South Korea. Recently it has done a lot of quite unreasonable things. To be precise, it was always doing a lot of quite unreasonable things, but recently the situation is getting worse and worse. It seems that no Koreans have gained anything at all from those unreasonable things they have done, but it is still going that way intentionally. That was the mystery I have solved.
I do not want to be subjective, therefore I will pick up examples from newspaper of South Korea. Today on May 10th, Chosun Online published a column titled “In order for US to grasp hearts of Koreans.” This itself shows that it had never occurred to Koreans that Koreans have to grasp hearts of Americans, but not vice versa. Or another column of Chosun Online on My 8th raised a question why Japan can be so cold to a country next door (which means South Korea). The reason is clear for the people all over the world except Koreans. That is because Koreans hate Japan and they interrupt any achievements of Japan all over the world.
The funniest article for me, however, was found on May 4th in the Hankyoreh. In the column “How to escape from the diplomatic crisis occurred from Japan,” there is a sentence as follows; “The United States puts higher priority on checking China than on regrets over the past of Japan.”
It is the moment I read that sentence that I solved the mystery of South Korea. The answer is; South Korea is determined to be a “Comedian Country” and is trying to be as funny as possible.
As the world has never seen a Comedian Country or a Comedian Government so far in the whole history, I am touched by this pretty original and new effort of South Korea. Also, I have to admit that South Korea now is already at least one of the funniest governments in the history of the Earth. Its attempt is almost completed.
My humble hope is that South Korea could refrain from doing anything harmful to Japan.
I am going to tell you an astounding thing! Ready?
Korea these days reminds me of a very immature girl, who always blames people other than herself, usually her boyfriend, when something undesirable happens. Her position is that when her wishes do not realize there is always someone around her who is responsible for the result. For her, and only for her, her lack of efforts, her lack of ability, or even her lack of luck is not the cause, of course.
Even an extremely pretty young lady would lose her boyfriend’s love if she keeps doing so.
And recently I have found a very important, unexpected, and astounding thing. I am going to tell that to you. Surely you will be blown away. Are you ready?
The thing is; Korea is not an extremely pretty young girlfriend of Japan in the first place. Not at all.
Korea, just act accordingly. Japan has been really bothered.
It is now very difficult for Japan to regard Korea as a country sharing the fundamental value.
議員は人柄で選べ
（※今が旬の地方議員の話ではなく、国会議員を念頭に置いています。地方議員については別途述べます。）
選挙の際に何を基準に候補者を選べばよいか。国民のことを第一に考える公平な、かつ能力の高い（政策の知識も豊富な）者がいれば迷う余地はない。しかし不幸なことにそうでない候補者の方が多い。そこで以下が問題となる。能力は低いが人柄がよい候補者と、人柄は悪いが能力が高い候補者がいる場合、どちらを選ぶべきか※。
その場合は、迷うことなく「能力が低いが人柄がよい」候補者を選んでください。能力が低くとも、「国民の声にきちんと耳を傾ける」姿勢があれば、選挙民の利益を実現するために最低限の役割は果たせる。能力が高いに越したことはないが、例えば単に国民の要望を中央省庁に伝達するだけでも、（最大の難点である「利害調整」を霞が関に丸投げしたとしても）少なくとも有益ではある。
一方、「人柄の悪い」議員は違う。彼らは自身のポイントを上げることにしか興味がなく、国益には関心がない。何か大事件があれば、担当省庁は当面はその事件の処理に全精力を注いだ方が国益にかなうことが明らかであるにもかかわらず、彼らは国会で「集中質疑」を開くのだ。その間、役所は国会を優先しなければならない（法令上そういうことになっている）から、その分対応が遅れるわけだ。そして彼らがそこまでして開催した集中質疑で行う質問は、「どうしてこのようなことが起きたのか」という誰もが思いつく、安全なところから政府を責めれば何となく自分が正しいかのように感じられる、緊急の必要性がまるでない質問なのだ。そんなもん今じゃなくていいだろ、後でゆっくり訊けと。
これが、「彼らが国益には関心がなく、自分がポイントを上げることにしか興味がない」という意味だ。誰とは言いませんが、東日本大震災の時に、電源喪失と格闘している、本当にこれ以上ないほど一刻一秒を争う対応を行っている福島第一原子力発電所に乗り込んで、所長を怒鳴りつけた首相がいましたよね？ 彼も「自ら真っ先に現地に赴きました」とアピールしたかっただけですよ。これほど国益を害した例も珍しいでしょうね。
要するに、人柄が悪い議員を選ぶと、（能力が低いが人柄のよい議員と比較にならないほど）国益が害される結果になるんですよ。人柄が腐っている人物が大臣になったり、挙句は首相になったりすると、目も当てられない。
もっとも、現代社会の選挙においては候補者個人というより政党がほぼすべてであるから、上記を実行するのはなかなか難しい。ただし、政党として、「誠実でない」「実現可能性がないことを知っていながら、国民を欺いて（政策を実行することではなく）票を集めることだけに注力する（要するに当選することのみが目的となった）」政党は問題外であり、そのような政党に属している候補者は「よほど人柄が悪い」と推定するほかない。この推定はそれほど外れていないだろう、まともな人格であれば、自身がそのような詐欺政党に属していることを、また詐欺戦略のみに基づいて議員の椅子に座ろうとしていることを恥じ入る気持ちは極めて深いので、耐えられずに離党するのが普通だからだ。
よって結論。「議員は人柄で選べ。」「政党は誠実さで選べ。」
本来であれば政党は公約で選びたいところなのだが、前回の衆議院選挙を見ても、「そのレベルに至らない」政党ばかりなのが困ったところである。およそ実現不可能な政策をよいとか悪いとか判断しても意味がないのだ。
※ 仮に「人柄が悪く能力が低い」候補者しか選択肢がない場合は、ご愁傷様というほかない。白票を投じるなり、次回ご自身で立候補するなり、がんばってください。
Show us the perfect answer, Ms. Merkel!
Dear Ms. Merkel,
The Japanese, to whom you gave a wonderfully great lecture on how to face the World War II, are humbly watching your response to the Greek request whose amount is 278 billion euro.
Of course you will not just refuse it. The request itself shows that the apologies and regrets of Germany so far were not sufficient. The Japanese are willing to learn humbly from the further regrets you will show (and actual amount of compensation you will pay from now on) to Greece.
You think that Korea and China are very much different from stupid Greece? No, they are not. I repeat, they are not at all.
For the Korean – Share the fundamental value?
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan, officially deleted the phrase “sharing fundamental value such as freedom, democracy and market economy” from its explanation on Korea. And I am very much irritated because it is considered in Korea that Prime Minister Abe’s strong intention caused it.
No, it is not the case. Prime Minister Abe is too busy to care about Korea. He has literally no interests. It is we, the Japanese people, the whole nation, who are convinced that we do not at all share the fundamental value with Korea. Unlike Korea, we have freedom of speech. We have freedom of broadcasting. We have freedom of thought. Based on the facts, we finally know that the Koreans are totally different people and that we cannot understand each other. Unlike Korea, MOFA made action according to the belief of the whole Japanese. Do not misunderstand that the Government is doing something against the will of the people just like Korea. We have a normal democratic government, which you guys don’t have.
If Korea is a democratic country someday in the very far future, probably that phrase above will revive. But not now.
(One thing. I am just an average Japanese. I am not Abe, unfortunately.)
日本人の一定割合は初対面の人の名前を検索したりしません。
川崎の男子中学生殺人事件について、まずは被害者の方に哀悼の意を表します。
この事件において、私が「電凸から世界を救う方法」で指摘したとおり、バカたちが事件に無関係な方を犯人と決め付けてプライバシーを暴いてさんざん攻撃したそうだ。有害なバカというよりほかに形容のしようがない。仮に加害者の関係者であってもそもそも私刑は許されない。そのために法があるのである。無関係な方であればなおさらだ。
さて、このようなバカは救いようがないし、前に述べたとおりこれらバカが現実で力をふるえないようにすることが重要である。
一方で、「バカは２ちゃんねるの中だけで活動してろ」と私が彼らのネットでの活動を許容しているのは、今後は、そういう無意味な情報・検索結果は参照されなくなっていくであろうからだ。ネットの中だけであればまだましなわけだ。
今回、犯人だと濡れ衣を着せられてネットでプライバシーを暴かれた方が、「外を歩くのが怖い」という趣旨のことを述べていた。実際そのとおりであろうが、気休めにすぎないかもしれないが１つだけ指摘しておきたい。事実かどうかわからない検索結果に左右される人間はもはやどうしようもありません。しかし幸いなことに、日本人の一定割合は、会った相手の名前を検索にかけることが決してない人たちです。それら、検索にかけない・検索結果に左右されない人とだけ、つき合っていけばよいのです。これまた幸運にも、そういった人の割合は今後増えていくでしょう。
